Greetings, I am Dr. Cherise Roper!  For more than three decades, my life’s work has been helping children discover the joy of learning. I founded Judah Empowerment Academy to turn that passion into personalized success for your family. As a former elementary teacher and principal, and as an Early Childhood Education Director, I know exactly what it takes to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

True empowerment does not come from lowering the bar; it comes from providing the structural and emotional scaffolding necessary for students to climb over it.
